Curious how a seaside town may get that undesirable. Cant they Construct some nice resorts and pubs/retailers to lure travellers? Possibly it's only a Southern point but we judge "trash" by their dwelling circumstances. One can be lousy but maintain a pleasant, clean, tidy residence
